I spent more than 20 years in physical security, close protection and crisis management, working frontline across government, corporate and major-event environments in Europe, Australia, Qatar and the UAE.
Close protection teaches you to see what others miss, before it becomes a problem. You read the situation, identify the weak point and act before anyone else notices. It sharpens your judgement, helping you spot risk early, understand what could happen next and move before the situation escalates.
I now apply that same eye to markets.
The judgement that spots a vulnerability in an operation is the same judgement that spots an overlooked gap in a sector, then builds a structured commercial concept around it.
Years spent working alongside governments, institutions and large organisations also shape how M.A.K Grupa frames every concept: for the people who have to approve it, fund it or run it.

Some M.A.K Grupa concepts are designed for governments, public institutions and city-level partners.
These are not commissioned projects. We identify the gap independently, build the concept and bring it to the relevant authority for review.

Selected concepts have already been submitted for initial review to relevant departments in Dubai and Croatia.

How M.A.K Grupa Is Compensated
Each concept uses one of two commercial structures.
Licensing Fee
The investor funds and operates the concept in full. M.A.K Grupa receives a fixed monthly fee covering brand usage, the operating model and IP protection. The investor keeps 100% of revenue.
Full IP Acquisition
For investors, governments or institutions who want full ownership of the concept. Available as a one-time purchase or a hybrid structure.
M.A.K Grupa is compensated only through one of these two structures, never through equity.
